We blend various workout philosophies to maximise training techniques, allowing you to achieve more in a single session. Expect HIIT, weights, bodyweight exercises, obstacles courses, treadmills and more. No two classes are the same, and all workouts are designed to rev up your metabolic rate and build strength fast. Our programme is highly dynamic to keep things fresh and prevent the body from plateauing.
